  • • Use BYOK (AI Settings) to use your own OpenAI key for unlimited AI features.
  • • Upload supplier invoices as photos — AI parses them into inventory items automatically.
  • • Share the QR code (Clinic Settings → QR) so patients self-register and book.
  • • Use the Consultation Workspace for the full 7-stage clinical workup with AI assist.
